Alternative Provision
It's Your Life offers an Alternative Provision for young people aged 7-15 years old who need an opportunity to re-engage with education. Our six to eight week provision gives young people the tools they need to be able to positively engage with learning. Through inspirational teaching and mentoring we give young people the confidence, resilience and desire to succeed. We are currently the only organisation in Tower Hamlets that provides this programme for primary school children. For those in Year 10 and 11 we also provide GCSE revision and the opportunity for students to sit their exams with us.
All pupil referrals to It's Your Life must first go through and be authorised by the Tower Hamlets Fair Access Panel (FAP). At this time we are unable to take pupil referrals directly from schools.
What We Do
We provide a tailored programme of support for each student which enables them to:

Engage effectively with their learning, improving attendance and attainment.

Develop good social skills that reduce their risk of exclusion/non-engagement in school and make reintegration successful.

Identify and understand their own risk factors and how to reduce the impact of these on their education.
