‘It’s Your Life’ is a local charity that supports families with education and learning.
We have set up a Community Education Zone.

We offer tips, guidance and advice as well as FREE classes and resources to support both your and your child’s education.
​
Whether you’re looking for support with your child’s education, to improve your parenting skills or to join a class yourself, It’s Your Life’s Community Education Zone offers a wide variety of services to help.
Resource Base: Our resource base is open for you to access and collect education resources for children aged 2 – 16 years.
Classes: Including maths and English, spoken English, gardening and creative arts to support you with your child’s learning and your own education.
Mentoring: We offer 1:1 mentoring for parents.
Parenting Courses: By giving you an insight into how your child is taught, you, as a parent, can become more actively involved in helping your child to succeed at school. Our 'It’s Your Child’s Life' parenting course and KS1 and KS2 workshops will support you with this.

We can also offer help and advice on issues that may affect you including energy advice, financial and debt advice and support to find work.
​
We also have a children’s clothing bank available.
